1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7777plus ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the 7777plus website and associated mobile applications.

By completing the registration process on 7777plus, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by simply accessing and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of 7777plus, including players who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders, and any individual who participates in any game, promotion, or service offered by the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 7777plus, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 7777plus at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 7777plus account.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details, remain accurate and up to date.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 7777plus support immediately. The platform will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, 7777plus accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7777plus are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the platform's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 7777plus account in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• 7777plus does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7777plus may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 7777plus account.
• Processing times vary by payment method. 7777plus aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days.
• The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Gameplay & Wagering

All games available on 7777plus — including Plinko, Spirit Party, Mermaid Fishing, Egypt Book of Mystery, Treasures of Aztec, and Honor of Zuma — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by any external factor, including bet size, account history, or platform configuration.

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 7777plus system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, 7777plus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Players may only wager funds that are available in their real-money account balance or applicable bonus balance.
• Winnings are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon game completion.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's device and the result recorded on the 7777plus server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7777plus may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7777plus reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7777plus and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7777plus staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or platform component.
• Use any 7777plus trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.

10 Privacy & Data

7777plus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7777plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7777plus makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 7777plus to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

7777plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information.
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework.

Upon termination for cause, 7777plus reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 7777plus support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned after completion of applicable verification procedures.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

7777plus operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

7777plus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
